Q: Are your products officially licensed?
Our products feature original fan art interpretations and are not officially licensed merchandise. All designs are created as tribute art inspired by popular franchises.
Q: What sizes are available for your products?
Stickers: Available in various sizes from 3 inches in height or width
Keychains & Charms: All keychains & charms are 2 inches tall printed
Art Prints: Most art prints are offered in square 12x12 inch format or 12x18 vertical format
Apparel: Standard American clothing sizes from XS to 3XL
Ordering & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?
Keychains, stickers, art prints & select hats ship from Montreal, Canada. The majority of our clothing ships from a POD supplier in the United States or overseas (for orders placed outside of North America).
Q: How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-21 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order size, and weight. You can view exact shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders ship with tracking. Stickers are the only exception which ship via lettermail to keep costs as low as possible for you.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

Product Care & Quality
Q: How should I care for my custom apparel?
To maintain your t-shirts and sweaters:

Q: How do I care for stickers and keychains?

Stickers: Clean gently with damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals. Most stickers are dishwasher safe however we recommend hand wash only.

Keychains: Acrylic keychains include a thin protective film to protect against scratches during shipping - please remove before use. Clean with a soft cloth
Q: What's the quality of your art prints?
Our art prints are produced using high-quality printers with archival giclée inks on premium paper. When properly cared for, prints can last 80-100 years without significant fading.
Q: Are your products waterproof/weatherproof?
Stickers are made with weather-resistant & scratch-resistant materials suitable for outdoor use. Keychains have a protective coating. However, prolonged exposure to harsh conditions may cause wear and/or color distortion.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Custom or personalized items are typically final sale.
Q: How do I return an item?

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

We focus on our existing catalog of fan art designs. For custom work inquiries, please contact us to discuss possibilities.

Q: Is selling fan art legal?
Fan art exists in a legal gray area. Our designs are original artistic interpretations that avoid direct copying of trademarked elements like exact logos or character names.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled or modified within the first 24 hours before production begins or your item ships. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll provide a replacement or full refund for items damaged in transit.
